About the position
As a Product Portfolio Associate, you will be responsible for working with the development of product portfolio and management. You will take lead in projects related to KPI development and present it through strong visuals. You will be working in tight collaboration with multiple stakeholders and other departments. You will be reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer Zara Zamani at Chromaway.
Responsibilities
Develop KPI’s by understanding the company needs and business strategy.
Work closely with the entire project team to design, research and produce ready-to-implement KPI dashboards and visuals.
Collaborate with other departments during development of KPI’s and product portfolio.
Support and refine design of existing activities related to company’s product portfolio.
Support and assist our Chief Solutions Officer on her responsibilities and activities.

Requirements
Must have a MSc Degree (Engineering, Technical) or going to be graduated in this year 2022.
Experience in working with KPI’s related projects in an industry.
Strong abilities in doing domain research, working independently and with a team.
Prior experience of conducting research activities would be beneficial.
Minimum of 1 project experience related to development of digital KPI dashboard and data analytics.
Minimum 1 project experience in working with Blockchain.
Structured and detailed oriented person.
Highly proactive, balance speed and quality to meet project deadlines in time.
Good understanding of sustainable development goals and a background in sustainable development.
Strong passion towards exploring digital technologies like Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data analytics.
Demonstrate Continuous learning attitude.

Skills & Competences
Advanced Skills in R Programming or Python.
Skills in using Tableau and understanding of PowerBI software.
Excellent skills in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good leadership skills.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in languages like German and Swedish is a plus.
