Job Description
We are looking for a product portfolio manager who wants to join the Non- Commercial development and procurement department at Group Expansion, Head Office in Stockholm!
H&M Group Expansion is responsible for all aspects of creating our Group's Real Estate Portfolio; to locate & expand, design & develop, buy & build, optimize & update each store to enable a relevant and healthy portfolio. Each year we add new stores and optimize existing portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations, and consolidations.
The Group NCG Development and Procurement function supports our brands with Development and Procurement capabilities within Non-Commercial Goods (NCG). We develop our brands concepts from a design, quality, sustainability, and cost perspective aligned with brand DNA.
The Product portfolio management team is responsible for managing the NCG product portfolio.
The goal of product portfolio management is to ensure that the company's investment in interior products are in line with the companies goals and the brands DNA.
A portfolio product manager has an overview of multiple interior products across various divisions within the organization and has a fundamental understanding of how the interior products interrelate, through development, to expected market placement, service needs, upgrades, and end of life.
As a product portfolio manager, you will secure and administrate the NCG product portfolio to be fit for purpose and consist of relevant products that create value for the company and strive to get the most out of the current active products.
You work cross-functionally to set the strategy for the product portfolio going forward, based on the product needs and stakeholder's requests and conduct analysis to be able to create the right conditions for throughout the product's lifecycle.
Key areas of responsibility:
Manage and develop the product portfolio in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure dynamic product usage to decrease leftovers, avoid redundancies and to reduce costs).
Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives and projects
Assist in the planning and prioritization of product portfolio changes.
Have sufficient knowledge of all existing products, both in the running portfolio and in use in stores.
Conduct analysis to find and secure the consequences of changes in the portfolio.
Utilize the PLM software to set the needed preconditions for each product.

Strong in stakeholder management
Have experience working with existing HM interior products and their usage in running HM stores.
Good skills working in MS Teams, SharePoin
Are fluent in English, written and spoken

This is a full-time temporary role (11 months of contract) position based in Marievik, Stockholm.
