BU HSS is active in all three divisions in Alfa Laval: Food & Water, Marine and Energy, and is contributing to improving the performance of our customers' processes in a sustainable way in a wide variety of different applications. 
 

The Product Management & Marketing organization is responsible for defining the current and future customer needs and to translate these needs into a short- and long-term product development strategy leading into innovative solutions providing unique customer values. The organization is based in Tumba. 

 

About the job 

You will be part of the Marketing & Product Management team and take on some the role of product & Portfolio manager for our Brewery/beverage portfolio and drive one of our strategic projects to implement one of HSS products in a new Product Life Cycle Management system and configuration tool.  

 

You will work closely with the product and portfolio managers in the team and cross functionally with your colleagues in different functions to support securing the long-term development of the High Speed Separation business. We therefore see that you have strong project and product management skills to support driving the ongoing projects and activities.  

 

Your Main Responsibilities 
* Drive selected product & Portfolio management responsibilities for the Brewery/Beverage portfolio 
* Lead implementation of the new Marine HSS portfolio in the new PLM and configuration tools.  
* Inspire and lead to deliver a superior customer experience across the organization. 

 

This is a 12-month fixed-term position, located in Tumba, Sweden. The position involves international travel activity of approximately 5-10 travel days per year. 

 

Who you are 

You hold a relevant university degree in combination with some years of experience in product management or project management roles. You are comfortable in expressing yourself both verbally and in writing and is fluent in English.  

 

As a person you are self-motivated, service minded and proactive, with a positive attitude and ability to inspire others. You are passionate about meeting the customer expectations with respect to quality and product performance, together with the organization ambition for efficient product development.
