About the role
E.ON's PV & New Solutions business creates opportunities for renewable energy production together with our customers, where we enable them to become involved in producing renewable solar to our energy system. We have taken a holistic approach to the value chain and are active in several customer segments where we offer complete solutions for consumers' residential roofs, customized industrial solutions, solar parks and wholesale operations. The solar industry is rapidly growing, and our team is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude to change.
In the role as Product Portfolio Manager for Hardware including PV, storage and smart home applications, you will be responsible for our product portfolio as well as ensuring that we offer the right product to the right target group in right time. You will be an important part of our Development team where you will be involved in several of our product segments, such as B2C, B2B and wholesale.
Together with the Development team, you make sure our solutions adapt with the market changes to reach the right target group. You identify and drive the success factors that are critical to implement a product strategy.
Who we’re looking for
In order to thrive and succeed in this position, we believe that you have a background within the PV and/or Battery field and a good technical understanding of different hardware solutions. Your experience probably combines this knowledge with sales, product- or price management, purchasing, or another area, but most important is a genuine interest to be involved in the green energy transition.
Your interest and enthusiasm for a better energy system is probably something you can use to your advantage when conducting market analysis or product development. We hope and believe that you are comfortable cooperating in a dynamic environment. This is the perfect role for you who wants to identify improvement opportunities through analysis and convert these to market actions. Since you have many different contacts both internally and externally, it is important that you enjoy creating genuine relationships and have a good communicative ability.
