Aurobay is looking for a Product & Process Delivery Unit Leader responsible for the complete engine delivery unit. The Section Product & Process Engineering is part of Manufacturing Engineering and has a global responsibility for the Powertrain Solutions in Skövde, Sweden and Zhangjiakou, China. The Section’s responsibility is to ensure process driven product development and to enable development of efficient and quality assured production processes.

What will you do?

As a Delivery Unit Leader, you secure Manufacturability of our customers Product Requirement. Together with your cross functional team you secure that process and verification methods fulfil the demands for the delivery unit throughout its lifecycle.

You will among other things:

- Lead cross-functional team to ensure a process-driven product development focusing on efficient and quality assured process solutions.
- Responsible for the Bill of Material (BOM) and Technical Requirements
TR) for EAS/ Delivery Unit and to quality assure these together with R&D.


- Responsible for Spare Engine Bill of Material from a manufacturing perspective.
- Handle manufacturing issues for Engine as Shipped in the Engine Plants.
- Responsible to secure product commonality in all plants and that “Conformity of Production” (COP) demands are met.
- Lead cross functional Virtual Build Events where the engine manufacturing is verified in the process in Virtual CATIA Environment together with R&D, ME and Logistics departments.
- Monitor and verify the product and process changes at physical builds.
- Lead Manufacturing Process Change Management for Delivery Unit and Mandatory representative in Global PPAP Meeting.


This position will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership competencies, continue to build on your technical skills and gain deep product knowledge, as well as building and maintaining a network that includes people from all areas in the company.

The position requires some travelling.

Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have an Engineering M.Sc., maybe with some years of experience. To be successful in this role, you need to have good communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have some experience from:

- Product and Process development.
- Research and Development work.
- APQP PPAP work
- leading positions.
- Teamcenter and Vis Mockup
- 6 Sigma work
