In this role, you work in Paroc Building Insulation (BI) marketing as a product manager in the Scandinavian delivery area. The BI Marketing team is responsible for developing product and service offerings for existing markets/customer segments; identifying and analyzing new growth opportunities, and preparing implementation plans for growth opportunities in line with the strategy.
In this role, you are responsible for Scandinavian product and solution management and maintenance in close cooperation with the BI marketing team, production, procurement, quality assurance and sales. You ensure that there is a clear connection between production, sales functions and strategic goals.
As Product Manager, you are an expert in product specifications, production possibilities and customer quality requirements, making sure that complaints are handled in a defined manner. You actively monitor local sales development and also take care of communicating customer needs to the production organization.
As Product Manager, you play an important role in building the future success of BI in Scandinavia through product, service and business development projects. You also participate in the preparation of the building insulation strategy.
To be successful in the role, we believe you have a degree in building engineering or have acquired the knowledge through work life experience. Working as a product manager requires good cooperation skills, initiative and a systematic way of working. You must understand construction technology and be interested in following technology and market developments. You have several years’ experience working with construction design or product management within building material.
Together with the sales teams, you actively analyze customer challenges, anticipate changes in building applications and propose new products for the Building Insulation & Traded Product offering, so high analytical skills and business acumen is vital for this role. Working in an international company with a focus on the Scandinavian market, it is essential that your English and Swedish language skills are strong, both verbally and in writing.
