Here’s what you would do:
As a dedicated professional with an interest in sustainability,
you will be connecting operations and innovation.
Key scope in the role is to connect different departments together, to deliver a robust proposal and recommendations on strategic decisions on executive level.
The role is reporting to Global Capex PMO Director and is placed in Malmö.
As a Product Project Manager, you’ll have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.
Projects are multifunctional and complex, related to launching new categories of products, or complex NPD launches, from the manufacturing and supply chain scope.
This is a perfect challenge for an experienced project manager within food production and FMCG to get in the game* and support the Oatly Supply Chain strategy, and ultimately, the shift towards a more sustainable food system. Awesome!
Here’s what the role involves:
Owning the full project life cycle, from initiation to monitoring and closing of projects
Providing clear guidance and structure for project participants
Connecting interdependent areas and expertise across Supply Chain field in different projects
Set common goals and deliverables
Handling critical path scheduling and supervision of it
Avoiding/resolving any conflicts
Create buy-in in the organization, from down to top level.

Does this sound like you?
Here’s the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that
we’re looking for in the role:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management from the food industry/FMCG environment
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record in similar type of projects
Broad business knowledge, understanding business triggers and processes
Good balance of technical, financial, and commercial knowledge and experience
Experience of leading cross-functional and cross-company teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Structured with demonstrated knowledge of how to measure success in quantitative as well as qualitative terms.
Self-motivated and willing to take initiatives to secure success.
Comfortable with ambiguity with a track record to secure the process of building something lasting from the ground up.
Experience with clear and concise communication of project metrics, utilizing MS Office (including MS Project).
Education in food technology or correlative relevant field
Experience in food production and FMCG
Fluent in English, oral and written
