Job Description
In the role, as Product Quality Deviation Leader, you will lead & secure preconditions and infrastructure for an efficient and effective Product Quality Deviation process to create a better everyday life for the many and safeguard the IKEA brand. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the expansion agenda by securing a compliant range to new markets, as well as, lead and monitor initiatives supporting the Risk & Compliance Strategy, other relevant strategies and key movements.

In this assignment you will:
• Take active leadership in establishing, implementing, and maintaining a Product Quality Deviation framework including definitions, tools and working methods.
• Take active leadership, promote, and inspire the Product Quality Deviation agenda
• Contribute to development of Product Quality Deviation Process and associated tools, competence and governance
• Ensure escalation of relevant Product Quality Deviation cases to defined forum
• Lead, promote and inspire the Product Risk & Compliance agenda within IKEA
• Together with colleagues be an ambassador for Risk & Compliance in different forums & trainings
• Strengthen the IKEA Culture by sharing & living the IKEA Values every day. With them as a guide lead business & people through empowering individuals and teams.
Qualifications
In order to shine in this role, we wish that you have:
• Strong knowledge about the deviation processes (and associated stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Quality tools (Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why etc.)
• Strong Project management knowledge
• Good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Value Chain, the development process, and the prerequisites of the Supply and Retail organisations
• Good knowledge of Product Risk Assessment
• University degree or equivalent knowledge acquired elsewhere
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
About you
You lead with a holistic view, always act with the Customer, total IKEA and Product Risk & Compliance in mind. You use an entrepreneurial approach together with being analytical and structured, using facts, knowledge & insights. On top of this, you have great stakeholder management – strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to network and create trustful relationships in collaborative processes.
Additionally, you have:
• Ability to handle complex assignment and break it down to clear tasks.
• Ability to operate and balance between strategic, tactical, and operational tasks
• Ability to deliver results by involving, leading, developing, and inspiring people in a remote as well as in an onsite environment
