Role Summary/Purpose Run improvements to secure quality in accordance with LEAN / Six Sigma Technical Investigation and participation in product care matters Solve technical problems regarding production Measure our internal quality (e.g.first pass yield) Maintenance/ Create new test methods/processes Secure product quality within the NPI projects Essential Responsibilities Responsible for the quality of our products Investigations of Nonconformance Responsibility for quality documentation, test processes in the factory and within NPI (New product introduction) Run improvement that supports the company's product quality goals and in accordance with LEAN / Six Sigma Order test fixtures and necessary production test equipment.Establish ECR/ECO (engineering change request/order) requests for QA, QC and the R&D department Investigate CSSx commissions (customer complaints) Initiate, analyze and manage LEAN projects in co-operation with other functions Qualifications Bachelor degree in engineering At least 3 years of manufacturing/assembly or test experience Fluent in English both verbal and written Experience from Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Work experience with MS Windows and other office tools, Test Tools HPVEE Understanding/knowledge of software and hardware design Desired Characteristics Accurate in its work to satisfy the customers demand for quality and service Good social competence in order to work in co-operation with the production groups and in contact with external functions Creative in its work in order to find solutions and improvements in production Broad technical know-how and interest Good ability to independent problem solving and make own decisions Customer focus, regard of product quality Personal interest in LEAN Six Sigma
