We are now looking for a Product Quality Engineer whose main mission is to advocate Customer Quality Experience by active involvement in New Product Development program and project activities that influence customer experience.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Quality Experience in New Product Development, you will govern the quality of the product from requirements definition until end of project execution.


Your responsibilities
Identify critical to customer satisfaction reviews and contribute to implementation of customer quality requirements in those
Tailor APQP elements to fit project scope and plan for completion in line with project timeline
Assess product maturity based on the necessary deliverables for each level
Conclude overall quality state based on input from all quality functions
Ensure that DFMEA and PFMEA content have taken customer quality requirements into account and that risks have been evaluated in line with standards and secure customer satisfaction
Alert project team when decisions are deviating from creating customer satisfaction
Cross fertilization to other projects/programs for recent learnings that positively or negatively may influence customer experience
Be an active part in finding solutions to identified risks and challenges
Challenge the status quo in a positive manner that makes us all grow together and bring customer satisfaction



Your background
Detailed knowledge of APQP
Knowledge of agile development processes with related Quality Assurance
Knowledge of change/configuration management
Technical competence to understand hardware and software quality challenges and applicable quality methods to secure Customer Quality Experience for those
Project Management skills - capable of setting targets, establish plans, execute and follow up progress
Six Sigma Black Belt and auditor certification are meriting
Collaborative and continuous improvement driven
Holistic view and high standards of integrity
Fluency in English, written and spoken alike
