We are now looking for a Product Quality Leader for the large scale chemical & biological batch manufacturing. You will be an important part of our Process & Digital Support team consisting of 60 employees supporting the entire manufacturing at the Uppsala site. As Product Quality Leader, you'll take part in a team of three Product Quality Leaders responsible f for the Uppsala site. Do you have a passion for product quality and analytics? What you’ll do
Lead time critical root cause investigations. Applying tools and procedures and leading the cross functional team in finding and correcting the cause of the deviation
Analyse deviation trends and contribute to the update of the product quality roadmap
Support implementation of and evaluate new analytical tools in manufacturing from a statistical and product quality perspective
Provide statistical expertise to supply chain activities. Including statistical review of new product introduction data from a quality and manufacturing capability perspective
Analyse and report investigation progress & cost of quality for the Uppsala manufacturing
Who you are
Master’s degree in Chemical/Biotechnology education or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience from process or batch industry
Proven skills at leading technical root cause investigations
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
Swedish and English both required as working languages
Experience from statistical and multivariate data analysis is an advantage
Experience from OSI PI historian set up and analysis is an advantage
