Right now, we are looking for a Product Quality Navigator who together with us will contribute to further develop our growth by increasing quality of the range and the total customer experience perception.
Job Description
As a Product Quality Navigator you will perform quality and safety related activities, both proactively by contributing to the product development and reactively by managing product deviations.
As PQN you will:
Coordinate and manage Quality deviations together with stakeholders across the full value chain, from supplier to customer
Collect data for authority reporting
Analyze large amount of quality data and customer feedback and translate it into concrete projects/actions, focusing on improving quality and safety
Support in setting goals and monitor KPIs related to the quality performance of our products
Capture learnings and actively share knowledge connected to product quality and deviations
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and Product Safety Risk Assessment
Contribute to develop methods and tools that support quality, safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications
We are looking for a person with interest in and experience from quality deviation handling and quality improvements through the eyes of the customer. You can lead but also delegate, trust and give others responsibility in a humble way. We see that you have:
A strong will to influence and make a difference
Passionate about securing that the IKEA customer get high quality and safe products
Analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to transform data into concrete actions and learnings
Work both re- and pro-actively, keeping the customer perspective
Communication abilities - argumentation, negotiation and presentation

As a person you are a natural leader, team-oriented and straight forward. You are able to work in a changing and fast-moving environment, you have a problem solving approach with an accuracy for details and you work in a structured way. You have a high ability to coordinate, act and follow up. Product quality is always in your mind!
