About the job
As Product Requirement Engineer, PRE, you lead the quality verification activities in the product development projects. You are responsible for making the product legally compliant in the markets where it is sold.
As a Product Requirement Engineer you will:
Take part in projects for news and improves.
Clarify newly developed product requirements to colleagues.
Develop test plans based on existing and new product requirements.
Prepare prototypes and make them available for test labs.
Compose test orders.
Analyze and draw conclusions from test results and take decision on next step in the development together with other members in the development teams
Develop part of the technical documentation for new products with focus on compliance and quality
Develop new requirements and test methods when needed.
Compose and maintain the product requirement templates for the bedroom furniture product range.
Support colleagues the Engineering running operations team with input, investigations and decisions about product compliance and quality.
Qualifications
We believe that you are a highly committed and self-driven person. You have probably studied Engineering. You have experience from working in product development in different kind of materials and production methods, it is very good if you have experience from- or interest in product verification and validation.
You are a goal- and delivery oriented a problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to build relations. In your mind a failure is just another idea that did not work and you are not afraid to try, again and again. When needed, you can conduct repetitive, low complexity tasks with attention to details.
