As a Product Requirement Engineer you play a key role in our quest to improve everyday activities connected to furnishing you home with light.

Job Description
We are looking for a Product Requirement Engineer who can support the product development and improvement process of our range.
As a Product Requirement Engineer you are responsible for the specification of product during its full lifecycle. Your task as Product Requirement Engineer is to translate customer’s wishes into technical requirements and to identify and create product requirements and to choose test methods for the product area. You will also contribute to the creation of new and additional development tests needed for product validation that will contribute to better and safer products with higher customer satisfaction.
As Product Requirement Engineer you will work closely to a product development team as the requirement specialist responsible to set and document the relevant product requirements as well as to have a close dialogue with the purchasing organisation and suppliers to secure successful implementation. You need to have good insight into specifications and test methods and keep updated on changes in legislation and other external requirements that may influence the product areas under your responsibility.
You will work with documentation for new product developments and well as with improvements to the running range.
Qualifications
You probably have a University Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience from working with product development and/or creating and documenting product requirements.
In the product requirement engineering field you are regarded as experienced with the ability to lead yourself, take great responsibility and drive initiatives from start to finish.
You have good analytical skills and high ability to coordinate, lead and inspire others. You have a passion for sharing knowledge and the ability to explain complex matters in an easy way.
You are good at creating your own network and at working in teams and making things happen by involving and engaging people. You also have knowledge about implementing new products into the supply chain.
