We are looking for a Product Requirement Specialist for Food Packaging, to support the development process regarding relevant national and international regulations and standards for existing and new food packaging.
Your goal is to participate in the creation of pre-requisites for a healthy, safe and compliant food packaging for IKEA. By building a network of stakeholders in external alliances and standardization organizations, you will influence relevant new and existing legislations, regulations and standards. Internally you will work in close collaboration with different teams and work in cross functional projects where your food and food packaging competence is required. Depending on the demands on the Requirement Engineering team, your area of responsibility might vary slightly and you will have the possibility to engage in and broaden your knowledge in other requirement areas as well.
Qualifications
You have good knowledge and experience in identifying legal requirements and standards applicable to food-packaging.
Your understanding of the ways in which food packaging legislation and standards are being developed and maintained, and how they are applied in food development, is good and deep. You have an interest in improving ways of working and to take the lead in your contacts with internal and external stakeholders as the true networker you are. Your skills in English are very good, both in verbal and in written communication.
