Product Requirement Specialists, IKEA of Sweden

You will be a member of the Laws & standards team at IKEA of Sweden and work together with engineers and specialists, both internally and externally.

As a Product Requirement Specialist you will provide specialist support, and together with the product development teams, set pre-conditions to secure safe and healthy products that comply with market requirements in all our sales markets.

More specifically you will;
- Take the leadership for gathering information externally about existing and proposed product requirements for existing and future life at home products.
- Lead the development of product requirements and secure that they are documented and communicated in a clear and simple way.
- Support the product development teams with competence development activities and implementation of product requirements.
- Secure that we have procedures to show compliance and approved test capacity.
- Contribute in the continuous improvement work in the IKEA requirement and compliance process.
- Share your competence, experience and learning?s with colleagues.
- Establish your internal and external network needed to succeed in your assignment.

We think you have;
- University degree and/or several years of experience within the area of product requirement & compliance
- Knowledge and experience from international regulatory work
- Experience from product development
- Capability to take leadership and responsibility within your assignment.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and simple way with both experts and non-experts.
- Strong driving force and a natural curiousity.
- Desire to find new and better ways together with others and always with the business and customer in focus.
