About you
* You have experience within purchasing/logistics/distribution/production
* You have minimum 2 years of experience in Production or planning environment or equivalent
* You have professional level of spoken and written English and fluent in Swedish
* You have experience/Knowledge of Scheduling Systems
* You have knowledge of Inventory Management, Supply management and
production planning
* You are good at problem solving and analyzing data to find gaps
* You are an experienced computer user, good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office
software (Excell, Word….)
Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring daily production schedules are created and updated to
minimise cost, maximise efficiency and maintain high customer service levels.
* Communication of changes impacting capacity - short/mid and long term - including capabilities of equipment
* Communication of daily targets and results within production unit
* Day to day coordination with other production services (labelling, packaging)
* Call-off of bulk raw materials
* Engage and communicate effectively with Hub production planners (Daily) and
Manufacturing Support Operators to deliver production schedule on time in full in
order that service and production performance are maintained at all times
* Develops and maintains systems and procedures to ensure compliance with all company standards Liaise with the Planning team and Logistics
to communicate and continuously improve issues with adherence to plan, and
ensure actions are put in place through root cause analysis and lean
methodologies
* Responsible for maintenance of scheduling system including contact with IT
related contacts (Internal and/or external)
* Support daily plan and coordination of maintenance activities
