We're looking for a Product Security Manager to join us - someone with a forward-thinking approach and the ability to see the limitless possibilities within security management in a progressive organization. What you would do as our Product Security Manager
As our Product Security Manager, your mission is twofold. From a product security level, you are responsible for supporting the teams in implementation of our product development security policy, e.g. compliance with relevant standards such as ETSI 303 645 and OWASP ASVS.
On an organizational level, your responsibility is to develop, implement and monitor enterprise information security and processes in accordance with standards such as ISO 27001. This includes driving and enforcing security policies, technologies and best practices in accordance with divisional and global business requirements. To achieve this, you work closely both within the product development teams, as well as with the divisional enterprise IT team.
You will report to Head of Product Unit Digital solutions & Technology and based in Landskrona, Sweden.
The skills and experience you need
Proven experience as an Information Security manager or CISO.
Encompass a high level of understanding of the security challenges that comes with a global organization.
Good analysis and decision-making skills, together with a high level of understanding for business requirements and targets, enables you to deliver prompt and accurate support.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
We believe that you have a genuine passion for cyber security and the will to constantly evolve both your own skills and the knowledge within the team. As a professional, you are disciplined, communicative and thorough. You also have strong pedagogical skill, to be able to explain complex security concepts for people with various technical knowledge. It is also of highest importance that you work well both independently and in a team. Relevant certifications within the area are considered a plus.
