As Product Security Manager for our Hospitality Business Area, your mission will be to execute on the company's overall technology vision, securing and shaping our technical strategy and driving product security actions that will firmly place ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions as the leader within product security.
A key focus of the role is to provide strong product security leadership coupled with equally effective process development and management skills.
Responsibilities:
You will lead the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) for the Hospitality business area, set and manage the appropriate security strategies. You will also oversee and assist with development of technical security risk and compliance documentation to create repeatable processes. The Product Security Manager is expected to participate in, and lead design as required of security-driven architecture solutions.
Lead efforts to help define and develop security functionality and features into the development process, the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC)
Be a key partner for R&D and PM to define, prioritize, plan, and implement security measures
Help define, review, and refine compliance-related epics and stories / use cases and requirements; and help manage the backlog of compliance and security requirements
Help develop, maintain, and communicate a strategic and multi-period product roadmap for compliance features and functionality
Serve as a primary point of contact for R&D and PM clarify and consult on product security needs
Participate in meetings with Product Management, R&D
Represent Hospitality in Security forums
Provide good-practice insights into implementation of leading practices for achieving security level, work alongside R&D to advise, research, and provide inputs into potential ways to achieve control outcome
Assist with other compliance and security priorities as needed
Who you are:
You have strong technical knowledge and vision and a demonstrated history of leading teams and conducting security strategies.
For this position, interpersonal skills are highly valued as the Product Security Manager is the link between Product Development and market. As a person you are curious and willing to learn. You can communicate complex procedures as well as having commercial and business awareness.
You have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and have a degree in engineering or equivalent. You are flexible and dependable and can adapt to changing requirements in the business.
Skills and experience:
Customer-facing skills and experience required
Experience with leading compliance and regulatory frameworks - PCI DSS, ASVS, ISVS, MASVS, ETSI EN 303 645, PSA Certified and others
Experience with risk-based analysis and prioritization (ability to perform security and risk-based analysis of alternatives)
Ability to understand modern cloud-based software architecture concepts and delivery approaches
Ability to work with low guidance; highly self-directed and ability to evaluate organizational, process, technical and other priorities
Certifications around security and compliance architecture, cloud security, and audit/compliance a plus
Exceptional communication skills and project management - ability to establish clear meeting and project/program objectives, drive consensus and inputs, refine proposals, and develop and provide regular status updates to leadership
Ability to document and develop diagrams, documentation to facilitate awareness and decision-making
Ability to lead others; provide coaching and mentoring
Knowledge and experience in SAFe and Agile methodologies is a plus
Be a team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization
You will report to the CTO of the Hospitality business area. Location for the role is Landskrona or Stockholm, Sweden or Ski, Norway. Applications will be reviewed continuously during the recruitment period.
