Volvo Construction Equipment AB, International Division is now looking for a: PRODUCT SERVICE MANAGER, GRADERS Located in Eskilstuna, Sweden, and reporting to the Director Product Service. Role: In close cooperation with respective Area Customer Support Manager plan and execute Product Service activities in order to develop sales and support of Graders in Africa, Middle East, Oceania and Eastern Europe. Responsibility: Responsible for technical support for Graders Conduct technical training for internal personnel as well as for dealers and customers Together with Product Marketing, Area Sales and Customer Support Managers plan new product launch activities in specific markets Responsible for addressing Service Technical and Support feedback from the market to relevant organisations Responsible for claims handling for the specific product, both technically and commercially When required assist in adaptation of stock recommendations Internal support in various service related technical questions Qualifications: Technical education, preferably university degree Very good knowledge of the English language is required, other language(s) are qualifying Technical interest and experience from construction equipment Good knowledge of Volvo CE's total product program and applications and in particular the Grader business Be able to work individually as well as within teams Experience of working in an international environment and interest for different cultures Work environment: Office/Team environment The position includes travelling within different market areas
