As part of the global marketing team for Husqvarna Tree Professional Customer Solution Unit (CSU), you will lead, develop and drive product and solutions marketing initiatives. Our challenge is to support the full customer journey and especially the way we communicate our broad product and solution portfolio; chainsaws, cutting equipment, personal protective gear, services etc.
The Product Solution Marketing Manager will lead and drive how we communicate our products, accessories and services globally and create tools and communication packages for the markets to activate. It`s ultimately about understanding the needs of our target group, defining what value to bring to them and how to take it to market.

This role will offer you the chance to build a stronger and more targeted product communication, including a powerful message, use of claims and areas to develop with identified touchpoints by you and the team. You will also have the opportunity to manage other marketing projects within the team.
Responsibilities:
In your role as Product Solution Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of new products to customers.
- You will lead, refine and implement product and solutions marketing strategic initiatives and programs as well as marketing projects in cross functional teams.
- Drive and lead the development and implementation of a long-term product solutions marketing roadmap based on the Tree Professional marketing and product portfolio strategy.
- You will work in close collaboration with product development to define customer value and value proposition etc.
- Continuously improve and develop product solutions marketing communication and benchmark towards competitors.
- Develop product marketing assets, content connected to the overall storytelling concept for Tree Professionals.
- Follow-up and lead optimization of launched initiatives.
- Utilize key customer insights in planning, development and in future product offering.
Travels will occur in this position.
Skills:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing roles working with developing brands and product communication.
- Strong abilities and experience in creating clear marketing execution plans and strategies.
- Knowledge about the current media landscape and how to present our brand and product offering in the most profitable way.
- University degree within business/marketing/communication including excellent skills in Project/program management.
- Excellent English required, both in writing and speaking since Husqvarna is operating globally.
- Copywriter skills and previous work on a global scale is desired but not a requirement.
