Role: Product SpecialistWant to be a key player in a fast-growing startup in the sports industry?Data Talks is a fast-growing SaaS company specialized in sports that helps sports brands create a world-class supporter experience - based on their data.We are now looking for a product specialist to join our company and our fantastic Customer Success team. As a product specialist, you have a passion for everything sports and data, the product you work with, and you're driven to expand your product knowledge. You have a keen eye for details and spotting data trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will be responsible for onboarding customers on our platform, holding and preparing workshops with customers, and assisting Customer Success Managers with customer meetings.

But enough about us, let's talk about you!Are you our next hire?
As a product specialist at Data Talks, you will be responsible for helping the customers be onboarded into our platform, helping them understand how to use it, and acting as an advocate for the customer in our organization.You will also be participating in customer meetings to understand the challenges and needs of our customers, as well as how the platform will cater to and solve their own organizational goals.To be successful as a product specialist, you should have an excellent understanding of our platform, how to onboard customers into the platform, and have strong customer service and analytical skills.What you will do at Data Talks:
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to help customers achieve their organizational goals with the help of our customer data platform.
Provide customers a great experience using our platform, meaning you will have a central role and responsibility in onboarding customers into the CDP.
Scheduling training sessions and performing product demonstrations for customers
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Resolving customer issues
Ability to learn and explain our platform and concept
Helping customers understand and use their data with our CDP
Communicate customer user feedback to influence the product roadmap
Attend external customer meetings as the product specialist

To succeed in this role, we're hoping that you have:
