Do you have a passion for products and want to work with technology being used every day to produce the largest TV and Movies coming from Hollywood and around the world? LumenRadio develops products that help the biggest film production companies make their magic.
We are now looking for a talented Product Specialist with a passion for our industry and can carry the LumenRadio spirit close to our users. You will provide support, leading instructional classes, performing repairs, and other related tasks. You will work closely together with the sales and R&D teams in Sweden, and in cooperation with our North American team members. In this position you will be reporting to the company’s Entertainment Lighting division’s R&D Manager.
Your Future
• Resolving customer requests via company’s support portal, phone, chat or social media relating to the company’s Entertainment Lighting products
• Approving warranty repairs and issuing RMAs and follow-up with customers
• Analyze, repair and write service reports for repairs (warranty and non-warranty)
• Preparing and performing educational classes for distributors, resellers, rental houses, user groups, special interest groups, etc
• Providing installation project support; pre-sales and post-sales, in cooperation with sales team
• Providing product feedback to R&D team
• Supporting international colleagues when needed
Who are you
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of usage of DMX, networking, etc
• High problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize and self-manage your time
• Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Able to drive self-education from technical manuals and product overviews
• Experience of handling electronic parts and components
• The following are considered merits: soldering skills, experience of consoles and lighting control softwares or knowledge of at least basic software programming
Location & travels
• We believe your primary workplace will be at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. But we are flexible, so part of your job can be done from elsewhere
• You will also visit our distributors in Europe every now and then for training, or to provide installation support if needed
