A day in your life with us
On a day-to-day basis you as a Product Specialist will support the Product Owner for the Competence Development area in delivering our digital solutions to our co-workers. You will be a key member of the product team, working closely with product owner and the engineering team. Your main focus will be to understand the user needs, evaluate existing solutions within the competence development area, document business requirements in the product backlog, ensure that the product team understands the requirements and can execute them, work cross-functionally to ensure that the dependencies on other digital platforms are taken into account, communicate with the business stakeholders on the time plan and expected outcome of the deliverables. We need you to be passionate about learning, take initiative to find solutions, have creative problem-solving ability and critical mindset if you see that we need to take a different approach.
You will step into the area of Talent Management within the People Domain of Group Digital which includes such capability areas as Recruitment and Sourcing, Performance and Succession and Competence Development. Within the Competence Development area, we work with digital solutions to deliver learning experience, learning management solutions, learning content, analytics and skills. It is an area of many off-the-shelf solutions that need to be taken into a DevOps way of working while improving the co-worker experience.
As a Product Specialist, you will:
• Support the Product Owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
• Closely work with business stakeholders to have in-depth knowledge of their needs and document the requirements in the product backlog
• Provide support to the product team in clarifying the requirements and resolve dependencies on other digital platforms
• Measure, analyse and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and Objectives and Key results
Ideally your background would include the following:
• Previous experience of working in product management roles within digital product development organisations
• Experience of working with agile product teams
• Strong focus on delivery of user value
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and abilities to partner with business- as well as technical stakeholders
• Driven, but with a collaborative mindset meaning you don't win, unless your team wins
• Data informed and outcome driven mindset
• Passionate about technology and love to learn and develop
• Experience with HR cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Preferably knowledge in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communicator in English
This role is an open-ended contract and will be located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
