SAS Digital & IT is responsible for all IT, Distribution and Digital development within Scandinavian Airlines. The organization has around 120 employees around Scandinavia and our SAS Head Office at Frösundavik in Solna, just outside Stockholm.

Description/Purpose
To succeed in our Digital & IT transformation we are now looking for highly skilled team members in the area of Sales Reporting. Our work is organized in value stream and this role is part of the Order & Pay value stream whose goal is to develop attractive order and payment services and to ensure efficient revenue data flows including reservation, ticket and all travel and payment related products.
The SAS Product specialist in Sales Reporting team will have a key role in the Order & Pay value stream by ensuring continuous improvement and operational stability for Sales Reporting within Customer & Commercial solutions.


Main responsibilities
Operational 2nd level support for users and stakeholders
Incident management, from analysis to resolution
Responsible for ensuring high data quality and file deliveries in the area
Drive and support development initiatives in the value stream, gather requirements, and propose solutions to best support the customer and business needs.





Qualifications and requirements
Specialist skills in payment services and airline (Amadeus reservation) domain is a plus
Experienced in stakeholder and vendor management
Strong in testing and test automation
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant role
