Collective Minds is a Swedish health-tech startup founded in 2017. We develop and deliver a cloud-based collaboration platform for healthcare, medical education and research, with the goal of helping more patients to the right diagnosis and treatment faster. We have customers and partners around Europe and are growing rapidly. Therefore, we are looking for new colleagues who will join us on the mission of building the world's largest platform for professional healthcare collaboration. We are currently 45 colleagues, distributed between Sweden, Spain and the UK.
Product specialist - Collective Minds Radiology AB
As a product Specialist you are a part of Customer Success, a passionate and driven team aiming for high quality and always having the customer in focus. In your work you are a domain expert in radiology and medical imaging helping design and deliver stellar product experiences to our customers. You bring feedback and ideas back to engineering to enhance the product and you work with existing customers to expand the usage of Collective Minds. As a product specialist you understand both the customer needs and challenges and how the Collective Minds products can help solve these.
You report to the Customer Success Manager and work closely with the other teams, such as engineering and commercial. You take pride in being part of the team who is working closest to the end users, acting as the face of the company towards customers, and ensuring that they are successful together with Collective Minds..
In the role, you will, among other things:
Lead and deliver projects such as implementation of clinical , research and education projects for hospitals, societies, healthTech companies etc.
Be the customer’s trusted advisor for Collective Minds Radiology products
Applying your expertise of medical imaging and radiology to find customer solutions.
Ensure and deliver successful and high-paced onboarding into the service, ensuring a world-class experience.
By deeply understanding the journey and needs of the customer, finding new commercial opportunities.
Taking part in defining new product improvements and features based on customer feedback and experience



Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience from medical imaging in a clinical setting
Academic degree as medical physicist, medical engineer, radiographer or equivalent.
High social and communication skills
Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken.
Good listener, keen on understanding customer’s expectations and needs
Service minded



Extra points:
Previous experience working as a clinical specialist for the industry
Been taking part in delivering medical image education
Previous experience from research in medical imaging
Experience with CRM and project management tools (such as Hubspot and Asana)
Experience within sales
Business level European language beyond Scandinavia
