Husqvarna Forest & Garden is now hiring a Product Specialist for Sweden to help us build our industry’s tomorrow.
About the position
As Product Specialist you will be reporting to the Product Manager Sweden and be responsible for administrating the local product portfolio. You will manage the product roadmaps and life cycles, give input to pricing and drive internal product training. You will be responsible for product information accuracy throughout the local organization and identifying gaps versus competition. You will be supporting Sales & Marketing in securing optimal description of Product Benefits to End Customer
Main responsibilities
Support in managing the full local assortment including Spare Parts
Ensuring accuracy of product information in marketing and dealer materials.
Market analysis, competitive intelligence and product benchmarking.
Be part of the work how products are presented in marketing and sell-in assets.
Present new products to Sales team.

Key tasks
Identify product gaps and feedback to local and global product managers.
Continuously make market analysis, competitive intelligence and product benchmarking.
Give input to price setting in cooperation with sales and pricing functions.
Develop support materials presenting the product portfolio to sales organization and dealer network.
Present products and services at internal and external meetings, conferences, fairs etc.
Proof reading to ensure correct technical specifications and general product information in marketing and dealer materials.
Make updates in STEP/PIM to ensure that product information, technical data and price are correct.
Interact with internal functions: Swedish Pro team, sales and customer support, global product management.

Relevant background
+1 years of product management experience and/or +1 years of marketing experience.
Bachelor or master degree in business administration and/or marketing.
Fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and speaking.
Experience in Office package and product information systems.
