We are looking for a Product Specialist for Analytics to join the Analytics Solutions team within the Solution Management organization.

The product managers and specialists in the Analytics Solutions team support this by making Axis devices smarter. The team is responsible for Axis' portfolio of video analytics that complements our security cameras.
What you'll do here as a Product Specialist?
As Product Specialist for Analytics you will work closely with the product managers to refine the customer use cases that are to be solved by the analytics. You will collaborate with the development teams, support quality assurance by performing real-life tests, and help confirming that the application fulfills the use case.
Together with your product specialist colleagues, you will solve and prioritize complex support cases escalated from our local support teams worldwide. You will convey the voice of the customer back to the development teams, help setting the customers' expectations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive that issues are fixed.
You will communicate closely with our sales and support colleagues around the globe, and as the technical expert of the analytics solutions that you will become, you will share knowledge, provide training and documentation. The role involves travelling of around 20 days a year.

Who are we looking for / Who are you?
We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in problem solving. We believe you have a service-minded attitude, and that you are practical when it comes to technical matters, as you will do hands-on product testing and evaluation. Technical knowledge and experience from working with IP networks, IP video technology, software and/or video analytics is of great value.
You have social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment. Furthermore, we believe you have:
* Relevant technical education and at least 5 years work experience
* A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters
* Deep understanding of technical matters, and preferably experience of test procedures, troubleshooting or product evaluations
* Interest in, and preferably experience of, creating training materials, educational videos and documentation, working with web-based tools, and reviewing manuals and guides
* Excellent English skills, written and verbal
* Swedish language skills: not essential, but a distinct advantage.
