A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
On a day-to-day basis you contribute to improving co-worker experience in the Co-worker Relations area with digital solutions. More specifically, you will co-create solutions together with agile development teams, product design, data and analytics, business partners and end-users (IKEA co-workers around the globe). The area of Co-worker Relations covers such capabilities as health and wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, co-worker surveys as well as overall co-worker experience measurement.
Your energy is generated by understanding and solving co-worker problems and addressing their needs together with a cross functional team. Through your previous experience you know how to work in agile software teams, where you navigate in complex and imperfect environments, with a culture encouraging collaboration and continuous learning through mistakes and innovation.
You are curious, with an innovative mindset and you are not afraid of pushing your skills and building trust by sharing knowledge and learnings. You see an ever-changing environment as a constant flow of opportunities and learning.
You are a great team player and are actively contributing to various initiatives delivering on co-worker experience and business outcomes. You give input to the product strategy and roadmap to ensure that the team is delivering value for IKEA co-workers and meets business objectives. Together with the team, you drive exploration activities to test and learn. When needed, you drive operational work and align closely with different stakeholders.
You will:
Measure, analyse and report on the performance of the Digital Product against business goals and Objectives and Key results
Support the product owner in tactical decisions by analysing results and insights
Develop extensive knowledge of the stakeholders’ needs; contextualise, interpret and share that knowledge with the product team to ensure that we develop and deliver what is expected
Organise, lead and facilitate Srum ceremonies and work with the Product Owner to handle product backlog and new requests

Ideally your background would include the following:
Previous experience of working in the co-worker relations area
Experience of working in product management roles
Experience of working in agile product teams
Data informed and outcome driven mindset
Strong focus on delivery of value for both users and IKEA
Good networking and communication skills
You are passionate about technology with a thrive to improve and find better solutions
Preferably, you have previously worked with JIRA and Confluence
Excellent communicator in English

This role is located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
