DO YOU WANT TO HAVE THE WHOLE WORLD AS YOUR WORKING PLACE?Atlas Copco is a world leading provider of industrial productivity solutions.The products and services range from compressed air and gas equipment, generators, construction and mining equipment, industrial tools and assembly systems, to related aftermarket and rental.Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, the Group's global reach spans more than 150 markets.Learn more at www.atlascopco.com.Atlas Copco Secoroc is a division within Atlas Copco's Construction and Mining Technique business area.It develops, manufactures and markets rock drilling tools worldwide.Its products are used for rock excavation within the mining and construction business for both surface and underground applications.The division is headquartered in Fagersta, Sweden and has production in six continents.Assignments: This position fills a key role in our strategy to further grow the DTH (Down The Hole) rock drilling tools business.The focus of this position will be support to our customer centres and their distributors and leading customers.It is a critical function in our future success of the DTH consumables business world wide and we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person.Lean R&D project is a focused area with in our organisation and this person will participate in these projects.Responsibilities: - Product training to customer centres, their distributors and major customers and also internally within the division.- Product assortment strategies.- Support our market communication with the production of marketing tools. - Product introduction (campaigns, market introductions, demonstrations, start-ups and training).- Support for customer centres in technical and marketing related issues.- Analyse and evaluated profitability of product and product groups.Knowledge / Experience: We are looking for a person with knowledge in areas related to mining, civil engineering exploration or other deep hole drilling activities.Sound technical knowledge is required.You need to be a self starter who can also convey a positive attitude and generate enthusiasm in others.Fluent in English is required since it is our working language.Background in sales and service is an advantage.Experience of working in different countries and cultures is an advantage but not a requirement.Frequent travel world wide, between 80-100 days per year, is part of the job.The home base is Fagersta, Sweden.
