Position Description

Global Technical Support, Wheel Loaders L60-L350. The function provides technical support to regions and dealers in all markets. In this position you will report to Manager VCE Global Technical Support, Wheel Loader L60-350. The location of this position is Eskilstuna, Sweden.

Job description

· Answer techline calls within respective functional area.
· Participate in the handling of TFR?s (TFR meetings)
· Participate and represent GTS/ aftermarket in PM meetings for the respective function group or product group.
· Support FQA activities in the D and M phase with technical competence.
· Validate that field solution is applicable for the field for quality issues.
· Write service bulletin manuscripts for issues within respective function group or product group.
· Calculate cost, request parts / SW Kit for PU and Campaigns within respective function group or product group
· Assist with the processing of complaints against suppliers.
· Coordinate and conduct visits to regions with specific technical and/or quality issues.
· Support Technical Area Managers with information for monthly meetings/Brush up.
· Participate in NPD component projects. Indexing Techline calls.

Key responsibility
- Manage technical support for WLO L60-350.
- Secure that R&D, Operation and regions receive all necessary support
- Perform Cost Approval Sheet calculations for Product Updates and campaigns
- Write Service Bulletins
- Ensure coordination of campaigns.
- Owner of KPI/ PI for wheel loaders
- Owner of the campaign coordinator process
- Continuous improvements of technical support process

Experience and qualifications
- University degree preferred in Engineering area such as the mechanics, electric and electronics
- Minimum of five years relevant industry experience with a good technical understanding of construction machinery or similar
- Good communication skills and an ability to interact with people on all levels
- Ability of problem solving and analysis in an analytical and structured manner
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix environment
- Good skills in written and spoken English is a must
- Travel required. No restriction on the overseas business trip.
