Product Specialist - Fixed Cameras

JOB DESCRIPTION As Product Specialist for our fixed cameras product category you will work in an international environment handling support cases, normally of a high complexity, escalading from our local support teams worldwide.You will test and verify customer problems and work in close connection with our R&D department prioritizing and solving difficult support cases.Your work can in short be divided into three different areas: Customer cases: Solve and prioritize support cases of a high complexity, escalated from our local support teams worldwide.You either solve them on your own or in close cooperation with R&D depending on complexity Driving competence: Create training material, hold special training sessions, write technical notes, FAQs and white papers Maintain and develop product functionality: Help Product management identify, plan and prioritize new and maintaining existing product functionality.Further you take part in the development project as expert on end user needs and expectations The role involves limited travelling, <20 days a year.JOB QUALIFICATION We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in problem solving.We believe you have a service minded attitude and that you are practical when it comes to technical matters, since there will be hands-on product evaluation.It is of great value if you have technical knowledge and experience from working with Axis cameras.You have social skills and ability to manage and perform in a multi cultural environment with international contacts.You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing good team spirit and a productive environment.Furthermore we believe you have: At least 5 years of working experience, primarily working directly with customers Good technical understanding and experience from product evaluation and testing Excellent English skills, written and verbal Experience from working in development projects and creating training material is an advantage WHAT CAN AXIS DO FOR YOU?This is a great possibility to take part in supporting and developing a central part of our products functionality together with a focused team still having the support of a larger organization.If you seek a challenge and want to be part of a great entrepreneurial spirit this is a chance of a lifetime.In Addition we can offer a truly global environment working with the latest technology in complex systems and applications.Come join us!READY TO ACT?Axis is a company realizing the benefits of a diverse workforce.We know that diversity in groups creates a better working environment and promotes creativity, something that is fundamental for our success.
