Product Specialist - Functional platform

JOB DESCRIPTION As Product Specialist for our functional platform you will work to support, maintain and develop the common functional platform in our entire product portfolio.This includes areas such as networking, media streaming, storage, security, camera "intelligence" and other common system functions.It will be you and your Product managers' responsibility to guide and prioritize the work for the R&D development team.Your work can in short be divided into three different areas: Customer cases: Solve and prioritize support cases of a high complexity, escalated from our local support teams worldwide.You either solve them on your own or in close cooperation with R&D depending on complexity Driving competence: Create training material, hold special training sessions, write technical notes, FAQs and white papers Development functions: Help Product management identify, plan and prioritize new and maintaining existing functionality.Further you take part in the development project as expert on end user needs and expectations The role involves limited travelling, <20 days a year.JOB QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for an energetic, service minded and open problem solver with a technical university degree and at least 5 years working experience from a technical role, preferably involving customer relations.
