Experience in digital product development and proven track record of delivering products that add value
Solid understanding of how to apply Agile in Standard Software.
Willingness to challenge typical ways of working connected to SAP and explore new possibilities with Agile methodology as a backbone
Strong team working and collaboration skills
Ability to communicate and discuss strategically and together with business create Digital Roadmaps which are value driven and according to business expectations
Strong business competence with emphasis on:
Retail experience, ideally in a context where sales orders are captured outside of the ERP solution
E2E-process of indirect tax
E2E-process understanding of O2C (Order to cash)
E2E-process understanding of S2P (Source to Payment)
E2E-process understanding of R2R (Record to Report)
Ability to communicate and discuss strategically & together with business create Digital Roadmaps which are value driven and according to business expectations
Strong demonstrated competence containing:
Integration between Retail systems and SAP backbone
SAP ERP in general, including process and solution dependencies in complex IT landscapes
High-level Process design & using Solution Manager or other equivalent tools for documentation
SAP Finance – General Ledger & Tax
SAP SD and VIM
Knowledge in the following areas is considered beneficial:
Finance background
S/4-HANA (Core)
Authorizations & Roles related to Tax
SAP Intercompany invoicing
AIF
BRF+
SAP Analytical capabilities

YOU’RE RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support product owners in making tactical decisions by measuring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital products. To serve as subject matter expert for product team members and other co-workers, providing insights, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required.
YOU WILL
Measure, analyze and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and KPIs
Responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data
Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories
To develop extensive knowledge of the stakeholders’ (Product Manager & other business stakeholders) needs and interpret and share that knowledge with the product team, providing context, as needed to ensure what they develop and deliver what is expected
To test, analyze and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals
Where needed, (and directed by the Product Manager/Owner) work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed
Work cross-functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products
