Product Specialist Network, IKEA IT AB

Prepare Network is the department within IKEA IT Operations & Shared Services that secures network solutions to the Growing IKEA. Our goal is to optimize and automate the network solutions in order to reduce lead time, secure stability and provide new features in order to support the IKEA business and growth.

As a Product Specialist you will be responsible for your own area of network infrastructure. This means that you are in lead of design, Life-Cycle-Management, development and stability for your area of responsibility. The IKEA network consists of ~650 sites and 5 global Data Centers where the solutions are mainly built on Cisco platforms, Software Defined Networking (ACI), ASA & Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancing and Cloud integrations.

You will have the opportunity to take lead in driving initiatives that are in line with our overall goals and strategies. You will get the chance to grow both personally and professionally with the challenges that we have ahead of us.

The base for the position will be Älmhult or Helsingborg. Some travelling between the sites will be needed. Please send in your application as soon as possible since the selection process will start immediately.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for you who have a University degree within IT technology and at least 5 years working experience from complex, highly virtualized network environments. You have very good understanding of common network and computing technologies.
