Within Group Digital People Planning we manage the digital tools supporting the life cycle of planning for a great co-worker and customer experience in a global omni channel reality.
We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our Core Operational People Planning team, where you will be part of creating a great scheduling experience for our many co-workers around the globe. This is an area where we predominantly use bought solutions, and collaboration with vendors and users are key to our success. Whilst making sure to cover labor law rules and regulations, we’re always looking for ways to renew, improve and generate value to our co-workers and IKEA.

To be successful in this role we believe you have experience from digital product development with bought solutions in an agile/hybrid agile environment. In addition, we think that you have analytical skills and experience in understanding complex contexts. You are self-motivated and have strong communication and collaboration skills, paired with an ability to build trusting and successful relationships with stakeholders on different levels. If you have business knowledge in the areas of scheduling and timekeeping in a global setting and have worked with OKRs, we see that as a great advantage!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
On a day-to-day basis you will take a key role in implementation and constant evolving of our digital products. You will also:
Actively manage the product backlog including clearly expressing product backlog items with metrics and prioritizing based on business goals
Support the Product Owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of the business needs. Interpret and share that knowledge with the product team, providing context needed to ensure we develop and deliver the right things
Work close with your team and vendors whilst having a collaborative mindset, meaning you don't win, unless your team wins.
Sometimes travel – to a certain extent and as conditions allow – to meet them in their settingg

Coming to the People Planning subdomain you will be part of an amazing team who will support and guide you in your new role. We work very close to our friends in People & Culture (HR) as well as the global community of people planners. In this position you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to create our new reality and start a new era within this area. You will report to the Product Manager for People Planning but be lead in your daily work by the Product Owner for Core Operational People Planning.
This role is based in Helsingborg.
