A data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs

Experience with payments and specifically prepaid payments preferred
Experience with working at or with a (global) retail organization is preferred
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You will:
Work cross functional with different stakeholders to analyze business and customer needs, identify impacted systems, and translate them for the product team to maximize delivery work and remove blockers
Responsible for product related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data
Drive tests and validations for the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals
Coordinate and communicate the rollout of new solutions within prepaid payments in close collaboration with the markets and all relevant stakeholders
Develop and share rollout plans, (technical) documentation and structure and secure learnings from best practices
Contribute to the area in outlining risks, costs, benefits, and gap analysis to strengthen the product offering
Supporting (IT) audits and acting as SPOC for Finance and Accounting departments
Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
Support writing user stories and acceptance criteria

We in Payment work towards providing the most convenient purchase experience towards our customers, providing delight in every interaction. We have high ambitions where we want to redefine the checkout both online and in our stores. Position offered will be Product Specialist.
In this role you will report to the Product Manager Payments. This role is located in Malmo.
