Sievert is expanding and looking for a devoted and creative Product Specialist to join the team in Stockholm. This is not your typical “do this everyday” type of job, Sievert is putting in the sixth gear and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of our journey.
Your role
As a product specialist you will be working with supporting two Product Managers with various tasks and projects. You will work with setting up new product structures for manufacturing facility, setup product spare-parts and product maintenance and update instruction manuals. You will be responsible for conducting research, marketing studies and distribution as well as actively communicate and gather feedback from end-users. In this role you will also work with creating B2B product training presentations and instruction videos and in the future also hold training presentations in person. Furthermore, you will work closely and team up with other departments to align and coordinate activities during the full product lifecycle.
Support Product & Marketing with the PIM system
Working with ERP system and setting up new products
Responsible for maintaining safety data sheets and S-DOC
Support customers with product questions
Maintain, update and improve the website

Previous experience from sales
Fluent in English and Swedish
Exceptional skills in MS Office
Adobe Creative Suite experience – is not a must, but a plus
