Product Specialist (Technical Consulting)

At Viedoc, we design engaging software that modernizes clinical research so that necessary treatments can reach the people who need them faster.

What you will do:

- Learning our product inside and out as to be an expert in all system features
- Conducting technical demos of our product
- Assign our customers to get started within our product
- Providing designer training and technical support to our customers
- Giving feedback in the form of feature requests to our product development team based on customer requests



About you:

- A doer with a strategic, service-oriented mindset that won't rest until your assigned clients are delighted
- Self-driven, flexible and have strong people skills
- Experience in working independently and as well as in teams
- A good understanding of javascript or a similar programming language
- Fluency in English both verbally and in writing
- Skills in additional European languages is a plus
- Relevant work experience within clinical trials (e.g., Data manager, database designer, clinical programmer)


OR

- Relevant experience with EDC, ePRO, eCOA, or other eClinical software

OR

- Relevant experience at a software company in customer success, technical support, or technical sales role


Education
Bachelor's degree or higher from College or University

Location
Remote in Europe (reporting to our HQ in Uppsala) or in Uppsala
