To achieve this, we aim to strengthen our Digital Business Support Domain and we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and highly experienced ServiceNow CSM/ITSM product specialist to join our Business Support Foundation team.
This role is crucial to achieve success in business adoption as part of the Business Operation Transformation program. The key goal of this role is to provide expert guidance and collaboration with Finance & Procurement service delivery partners and implement technical solutions that will increase process efficiencies and improve our interaction channels with the stores’ co-workers. This role will support the delivery of roadmap initiatives, in Finance & Procurement business operations, by partnering with technology experts to develop and build our ServiceNow instances.
The scope of responsibilities cover: conducting market research and analyzing trends, performing product demos to business SMEs, gathering feedback and offering recommendations to the ServiceNow and engineering teams. The tasks will also include facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with implementations, upgrades and platform support activities. To be successful as a product specialist, you must have a passion for the ServiceNow products and passion to learn and expand this knowledge. As a product specialist, you should demonstrate leadership, inspire our business SMEs and work both independently and closely with the ServiceNow team.
What you will do
In this role you will work closely with the business to gather and collect ServiceNow requirements. You are expected to define and agree on the business logic, design process flows, map the processes to ServiceNow capabilities and create user stories for ServiceNow development.
ServiceNow development is done in Agile product-based delivery, your role will also cover verifications of developed stories and coordination with the business in terms of UAT and propagations of operational changes
In this role you will work closely with our INGKA Product Owner to identify and define ServiceNow best practices initiatives and tune the developed solution in alignment with ServiceNow recommendations.
You will be responsible for:
Partnering with the broader Finance & Procurement operational team, operations solution partners and Business users to analyze and define and document business requirements and document them
Assessing technology needs and preparing User Stories
Preparations of test scripts
Organizing and coordinating UAT
Assessing and present business value, risks, and intent behind new products and features to stakeholders
Supporting development and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature definitions, drive the continuous improvement of ServiceNow system features in line with a unified release strategy
Collaborating with deferent teams including ITSM ServiceNow, networking, database, IT operations, and business operations to resolve complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems
Who you are:
Essential skills and experience:
Experience in working in multiple ServiceNow projects/product-based delivery team
Experience in ServiceNow business analysis
Experience in ServiceNow CSM application
Understanding of best practices in implementing ServiceNow
Experience in ServiceNow testing and training
Minimum one ServiceNow professional certification
Experience of working in agile delivery
Experience in varying systems implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Strong project leading skills including requirements gathering/documenting, analysis, requirement translation for developers, testing, and overall project management
Experience in communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals, as well as implementing and executing high-impact projects across a matrixed organization
Fluent in English
Desirable skills and experience:
Certification in ServiceNow CSM
Experience in ServiceNow ITSM
Professional certification in business analysis
SAP S/4HANA and Ariba experience/knowledge
SAP Solution Manager experience/knowledge
Finance & Procurement processes experience/knowledge
Previous experience in the end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow for Finance & Procurement
This role will be located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
