Atlas Copco is a world leading provider of industrial productivity solutions.The products and services range from compressed air and gas equipment, generators, construction and mining equipment, industrial tools and assembly systems, to related aftermarket and rental.Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, the Group's global reach spans more than 150 markets.Learn more at www.atlascopco.com.Atlas Copco Secoroc is a division within Atlas Copco's Construction and Mining Technique business area.It develops, manufactures and markets rock drilling tools worldwide.Its products are used for rock excavation within the mining and construction business for both surface and underground applications.The division is headquartered in Fagersta, Sweden and has production in six continents.Job description / Mission This position fills a key role in our strategy to further grow the Tophammer rock drilling tools business.You will be responsible to ensure that our customer centres attain the highest skill level in marketing, demonstrating, operating and supporting the Tophammer product line.Furthermore, you will be working with optimizing our product assortment and its profitability.Lean R&D project management is a focused area and you will participate in these projects.Responsibilities - Product training - Product assortment strategies - Support our market communication - Product introduction - Support for customer centres - Analyse and evaluated profitability of products Experience requirements - Knowledge in areas related to mining, construction and civil engineering activities.- Background in sales, service or use of products as specified above.- Aptitude to work with people in a supportive service minded "sales" environment - Working in different countries and cultures is an advantage but not a requirement - Computer skills in compiling and analysing sales and product data Knowledge / Educational requirements - Sound technical knowledge is required - Marketing and sales knowledge is an advantage - Our working language is English and a second language (excluding the Scandinavian) is an advantage Personality requirements - Self starter who can also convey a positive attitude and generate enthusiasm in others.- Frequent and detailed reporting in writing is a requirement - Excellent communication skills including a preparedness to train others - Team player - Fluent in English Frequent travel world wide is part of the job (80-100 days/year).Home base is Fagersta Sweden.
