Are you ready for an exciting opportunity as a Product Specialist Underground? We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team and enhance our technical expertise within the company and regionally.

Your mission
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and actively supporting our technicians across multiple sites in the Nordic region but mainly in Sweden. You will also act as a second-line support for technical inquiries within the region. Stay ahead of the game by driving improvements and staying up to date with upcoming technologies and tools within our division.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Foster a positive working environment and contribute to a cohesive team.
* Provide support for product safety-related issues on a regional level.
* Educate customers and colleagues on our products and their systems.
* Support sales representatives in negotiations with technical expertise.
* Assist in customer projects and field trials.
* Drive internal improvements and communicate upcoming tools and concepts within our company.
* Collaborate with Technical Service Coordinator to address complex field organization problems with divisional support.
* Actively test and implement new tools and concepts in daily operations, always striving for better solutions.
* Comply with environmental, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.


Your profile
Our ideal candidate should be skilled in basic technologies (mechanical, electric, hydraulic & RCS) in combination with a minimum of 5 years of appropriate experience working with underground mining equipment. Technical bachelor’s degree is an advantage. Previous leadership and/or training experience would be advantageous. Experience in adhering to environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as quality standards, is highly valued.

We are seeking an inclusive individual with high drive, self-motivation, and natural leadership and team-building abilities. Strong technical, administrative and pedagogical skills, along with excellent verbal negotiation skills, are essential for this position. Some degree of business acumen would also be highly desirable.

Location and travel
This position will be based at any of our sites in Sweden. Traveling in the region will be required.
