Cambio Denmark supplies systems to Region Syddanmark, Region Midtjylland, The Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and the Danish Defense, and provides software development of systems for Intensive Care Units and Anaesthesia departments internationally. We have two offices in Denmark, one located in Aarhus and one in Soeborg. We are in total 28 people in DK, split 50/50 between the two locations.
The position
As Product Specialist with strong clinical and technical insight you will work with our Critical Care Solutions, with focus on Intensive Care, Anesthesia, Recovery and our range of connectivity products. Your responsibility will be analyzing new marked needs, making specifications, maximize the benefit of our products for our customers with support and training, participating in the delivery of customer projects, and help Customers in resolving questions and issues.
You will be part of an experienced team with welcoming and competent colleagues, and your main responsibility is to strengthen our services and deliveries and ensure we have future ready and patient safe products.

Job responsibilities
- Gather and maintain requirements from first-hand as well as secondary sources, including standards, customers/customer groups, end-users and internal stakeholders
- Give input to and write specifications of new functionalities and transfer knowledge/support the development organization in the development of new functionalities
- Participate in implementation, configuration and testing of our solutions
- Facilitate workshops and planning and executing training of end users/new customers/colleagues
- Advise customer regarding the functionality of the system to help customers understand the products/functionality
- Keep updated on national and international clinical guidelines and standards

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience from Health Care
- Experience from working with Healthcare IT projects
- Knowledge of and experience with requirements analysis, specifications, testing and customer training
- Ability to communicate and write fluently in Danish and in English
- Ability to travel to customers in Denmark as well as the Nordics 15-20 days a year
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of MDR
- Clinical background or experience from working with clinical processes

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 3 months trial period
