Product Specialist/Business Analyst

The Company

The assignment
This assignment will start as soon as possible and will initially go on for one year.
You will be employed by us at Jefferson Wells, but spend your working days at our customer.
In this role you are allowed to work remotely.

Mission
Our customer is on a journey when it comes to developing global tools and systems, supporting department People and planning. This can be for example tools used by co workers when reporting time, recording availability and setting work schedules.
Your mission as a product specialist is to understand and communicate the scope data source systems to the product team (which are the consumers of the data).

Examples of what you will do:

* You will coordinate requirements and business needs between several stakeholders
* In your work you need to be able to break down requirements from a business level down to how data fields should be mapped into e.g. a structures data-base on a consumption level

Your profile
You have a background as a Business Analyst.
In your role we expect you to be able to proactively look for information. We believe that you have strong presentation and planning skills as well as a strong drive!

You have preferably some experiences from working in SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Workforce Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central and Global View.
