Role Summary/Purpose:
The mission of product stewardship is to keep the Life Science legacy products compliant and to help NPI projects to meet regulatory requirements. The work is performed in project teams driving change projects together with R&D, RA and QA. The results of the work are updated compliant products, updated product documentation, new processes and procedures and modified IT systems. The temporary project teams consists of people from different line functions.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Product Stewardship Manager is responsible to lead a global team within the CTO function.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
to lead, plan coordinate and follow up the product stewardship activities, closely aligned with business needs, regulatory requirements and site specific requirements.
to propose, prepare and monitor line and project budgets and suggest activities according to needs
to effectively use of the internal and external resources
to build up and keep external networks to ensure state-of-the-art work on compliance projects
to secure long term competences (by training , recruitment etc)
to keep the productivity and quality of work within agreed standards
cost center and budget responsibility
be responsible for, lead and prioritize the Product Stewardship project portfolio.
to correct deviations in the projects by rearranging resources within objectives, and/or change objectives
to decide within given objectives how a project shall be done and by whom
Monthly report on status of product stewardship program to senior leaders, functions and health care product stewardship
Work with Regulatory Affairs to identify relevant new regulations, perform investigational studies to prioritize required product changes.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MSc or equal
English as a working language
Experience:
strong, proven experience of industrial development/R&D
experience as a PM
experience as a section manager or equal
good network in relevant areas
experience from working in a global environment
EU work permit
