The opportunity
We’re currently looking for our next Product, Strategy & Business Development Manager I SW Product Management. Someone to join our Software Product Management team in order to set the business strategy for our Charging, Energy and SW related products. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course. Occasional travel will be included in this position.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to set the business strategy primarily when it comes to Charging & Energy SW Products, as well as other SW product areas. You will translate strategy into prioritization, product roadmaps and business cases. Working as a member of the Software Product Management team, you'll be instrumental in setting a SW Product Management operating model for the different SW Product areas. - Set the overall Product and Business Strategy for our Charging and Energy SW Products area
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends in specific Product Area
- Perform market analysis and sizing
- Build up business cases with responsible Product Owner/Product Manager and Finance, and translate them into prioritization, product roadmap, and market launch plan
- Align with various stakeholders internally
- Screen and interact with potential external partners/suppliers together with Procurement
- Actively contribute to product launch
The ideal candidate

You have the ability to prioritize and solve problems by identifying actions needed to reach goals, as well as the ability to manage various stakeholders across complex and large projects. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
- Bsc or Msc degree in Engineering or Business
- Proven track record working with large and complex project management including strategy, product roadmaps and launch plans
- Previous experience building up market sizing and business cases from the ground up
- Previous experience in SW products, Energy and/or Charging within an OEM, utility company or consultancy firm
- Previous experience in collaborating with car program management and R&D is meritorious
- A good understanding of vehicle and digital technical enablers is meritorious.
