Volvo Groups’ Electromobility organization has grown immensely, and we are now adapting to take the next leap by transforming the business. To document our product is a necessity and a core capacity for the Electromobility organization itself, as well as downstream processes. Here you will have a key role. 
We believe that to be successful in this position you are a team player that enjoys interaction with our diverse engineering community. You have an eye for detail, take ownership of your work, and you are goal-oriented. You are also a person with a can-do attitude. 
We believe you have a very structured and thorough way of working, and a strong quality mindset. You enjoy working with complex matters while striving for order and simplification. 
We have a feeling that you have a true passion about Electromobility as a technology domain and what it can do to transform the transportation industry. 
As a Product Structure Specialist, you will have the responsibility to: 
Document our products in key systems such as KOLA (KOnstruktionsdata LAstvagnar) with input from our engineering organization. You will be pivotal in connecting with our manufacturing colleagues. You will be one of the experts in the organization's domain, which also means you will continuously support, guide, and sometimes train engineering colleagues. 
You will take the initiative and drive changes needed in order to document new types of products.
What to bring:
•    Master of Science, similar university degree or equivalent in experience
•    Previous experience of driving Product Structure and Documentation in a global organization
•    Strong project management skills, preferably from the automotive industry 
•    People management and leadership skills
•    Excellent capability for collaboration and stakeholder management.
•    A holistic view and mindset, with a strong ability to go into details 
•    Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels
•    You are recognized for being self-driven and can deal with uncertainty
•    Meritorious: Competencies within Volvo process and tools, particularly DVP (development process), agile principles and methods
