Do you have knowledge within Supply Chain Management and ERP? Would you like to work in our support organization with support for our customers?
The Product Support Specialist will work in the Global Support organization as a member of the Support team to provide responsive, quality support to Infor’s M3 Supply Chain customers.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
· Provide application support to customer accounts for Infor’s products, specifically for Infor M3 Supply Chain Management
· Provide courteous customer service in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with existing procedures.
· Provide product support by monitoring the support queues, responding to incidents, interpreting queries and problems, examining data, error logs, and utilizing all available support material and tools to successfully resolve the problem.
· Develop and maintain effective customer communications by managing the customer’s expectations through use of negotiation, persuasion, diplomacy and clear communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science/IT, Mathematics or related (e.g Industrial Engineering)
· Alternatively, prior experience in related industry or software/technical support arena
Required skills:
· Advanced problem solving and analytic skills.
· Good verbal and written skills in a Scandinavian language with excellent communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service/orientation skills.
· Strong organizational skills required to ensure most effective and timely delivery of service to clients.
· Able to both multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
· Solid PC skills with knowledge of various software applications used for testing, troubleshooting and call logging.
· Strong command of the English language to effectively articulate complex ideas.
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of SQL, Oracle or other languages
· Skills on: Supply Chain Management (Planning) / Customer Service
