What we expect from you
As a Product Support Area Manager, you will belong to our knowledgeable support team in the service department.
The main tasks are to provide technical support via telephone and e-mail to our agents and customers, process and follow up guarantees / complaints, run certain projects and create written instructions.
You will be responsible for the support in your own markets / countries where you will play an important role in helping and developing our customers and retailers. Regular visits to customers and retailers are expected.

What should you bring?
We are looking for an enterprising, responsible and service-oriented person with high social skills who is passionate about technology and helping others.
It is a requirement that you have a broad technical experience and good knowledge in electricity, electronics, control systems, hydraulics and mechanics. Previous experience from the truck, construction industry and / or similar tasks are highly preferred. You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing. Additional languages ​​are meritorious.
You should have the opportunity to travel abroad with some forethought and it is estimated that you have about 30-40 travel days per year.
