Product Support Engineer

Schneider Electric Buildings AB .We currently have a Vacancy within the Global Product Support Services team, for a highly motivated, resourceful engineer, based in our Malmö, Sweden office, reporting to the manager of Product Support Services - Malmö. In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Access or Security applications is preferable.Knowledge of Schneider Electric's Buildings Business products would be advantageous, however training will be provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide in-depth technical support to internal and, in some cases, external customers in a timely manner Investigating reported software and hardware faults and documenting the findings Conduct on site investigation for product issues Logging all support activity into the CRM system Assisting with testing of existing and future products Assisting other team members in day-to-day technical or administrative issues, as required.
